Our final day of this year’s annual energy summit, sessions focussed on increasing value for customers. We covered our services and tips and tricks for the Energy Data Management (EDM) system. Our final session today looked at trading on Italy’s GME power auctions.
Adding value to customers
Delighting our customers continues to be a key priority at Brady. Karsten Eeg-Skudal, Product Delivery Manager for Brady’s ETRM opened our final day. He ran through Brady’s product versioning strategy. This year, Brady has have invested in resources and made improvements to our upgrade process. As testimony to this work, we have seen a sharp increase in the number of customers who have moved to newer versions over the last 12 months.
In addition to improvements in upgrades, we have also introduced additional services to help customers unlock value from their systems. Glen Cooper, Team Lead for Energy Services presented Brady’s new enhanced support service offerings. He highlighted the tremendous value a Technical Account Manager (TAM) can bring to a customer’s business. Having a person that is highly knowledgeable about Brady’s products and business processes helps customers to maximise their usage of Brady products. Glen talked customers through the differences between various types of service agreements available. To gain faster issue resolution turn-around, Glen advised on best practice for submitting work requests.

Meeting our customers face to face will always be our preferred approach and one we will return to post COVID 19. However adapting to the virtual environment has given us a unique opportunity to engage with an even larger number of customers. For this we are truly grateful.
Thanks again to all involved for achieving such a successful event.
