Matthew joined the Brady Board in November 2019. He is the founding partner of Hanover Investors, Brady’s private equity shareholder. Matthew has deep industry experience across the software, outsourced services, industrial, and financial sectors, where he has held roles in multiple public and private companies as Executive and Non-Executive chairman.
In 2002 he founded Hanover Investors and since then he has led change strategies and turnarounds for a large number of companies as both an investor and board member. In his early career, he ran International M&A in London for Barclays BZW, following work in New York and London for CSFB. Over the 1990’s he led a series of successful private turnarounds as a lead shareholder and CEO. He holds an LLM in Law from Cambridge University.

Nick joined the Brady Board in December 2022. Nick is an executive with a proven track record of innovation and results in the professional development, e-commerce, digital media, information, entertainment, and publishing space.
A strategic but hands-on leader with functional expertise in product, marketing, business development and international expansion.
Andrew
Woolley

Andrew joined the Brady Board in February 2021 as CFO. Andrew is an experienced Chartered Accountant who comes from a background of working for private equity backed fintech companies in the payments, CFD & spread trading and the gaming solutions space.
In 2018, he joined Sporting Group and was involved in the sale of the business from a private investor to FDJ, the French national lottery and the subsequent integration. In September 2015, Andrew was appointed as CFO of ETX Capital, a fast growing, dynamic spread betting and CFD trading company. Prior to ETX, Andrew worked in international payments for 10 years first as CFO of Travelex Global Business Payments which sold to Western Union and then as managing director of MoneyCorp’s international payment operations.
Andrew has strong cross sector experience gained from working in manufacturing, business services and financial services. Andrew has significant international experience, particularly in North America, Eastern Europe and APAC.

Jason joined the Brady Board in March 2021. Jason in a Senior Partner at Hanover Investors since March 2021. He previously ran portfolios totalling over €600mn investing in complex debt and equity special situations across the UK, Germany, Nordics and Benelux. Prior to this he was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch working in Sydney, Hong Kong and London. Jason holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Michael joined the Brady Board in March 2021. Michael is an Operating Partner at Hanover Investors since September 2020. Michel has spent 15 years starting, scaling and selling technology businesses.
Michael was previously a Director in the Operations group at TPG , working primarily on TPG’s digital businesses in Europe and North America. Prior to TPG, Michael co-founded AirTV in Germany (acquired by Freenet) and blinkbox in the UK (acquired by Tesco) where he also served as Tesco’s Chief Digital officer. The early part of his career was spent in consulting where he was a Partner at Mercer Management. Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Nick joined the Brady Board as Non-Executive Director in November 2019. He also sits on the Board of Kalibrate Technologies, another of Hanover Investors’ (Brady’s private equity shareholder) software investments.
Nick spent the majority of his career at Capita plc where he joined in 2006, progressing through several divisional leadership roles in finance and as Managing Director before being appointed Group CFO in 2015. In 2017 he also acted as Interim Group CEO for almost one year.
Nick left Capita in 2018. Earlier in his career, Nick was Chief Financial Officer of Liberata plc and held senior Corporate Development roles at a number of organisations, including Centrica plc and Senior plc. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 at Ernst & Young, where he spent 10 years working in the UK and US.

Dan joined the Brady Board in March 2019. Dan has approaching 25 years of experience as a consultant in the energy and commodity sectors with a focus on trading and risk management, initially with Accenture before joining Baringa during its founding stage.
At Baringa, Dan led the commodity and energy trading consulting group to become the recognised leader in its field, alongside his role as a Senior Partner in the broader global business. Since retiring from Baringa in 2017, Dan has undertaken a variety of board and advisory roles.
